Terms and Conditions of 176bet — Platform Rules

The 176bet is a Sports Betting and digital entertainment platform designed exclusively for the Brazilian market. All services are provided in BRL (R$) and operated in accordance with current Brazilian law, including Law No. 14.790/2023, which regulates fixed-odds sports betting in the country, and Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD), which governs the processing of personal data.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that Sports Betting and casino games involve real financial risk. The 176bet does not guarantee profit or any return on bets or games. Use of the platform should be regarded solely as a form of entertainment.

To create an account on 176bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Must be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form.
• Must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 176bet platform for a terms violation.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program requested directly with 176bet.

Only one account per individual (CPF) is permitted. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or using another person's details is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, with pending withdrawals frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

The 176bet reserves the right to request additional identity documents (national ID, driver's license, proof of address) at any time as part of its identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer), in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure. The 176bet never asks for your password through any channel — not by email, chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, do not respond and contact support immediately.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone under any circumstances.

The 176bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

The 176bet accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Boleto bancário — processing within up to 3 business hours after payment confirmation.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals at 176bet are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. No fees are charged on withdrawals.

• The first withdrawal requires full identity verification (CPF, photo ID, and proof of address).
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to Pix keys registered in someone else's name.

• Withdrawal requests that include bonus funds not yet released will be processed against the available real-money balance only.

The following general rules apply to all bets:

• If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets will be refunded as account credit.
• If a match is suspended after it has started and does not resume on the same day, bets on unresolved markets will be refunded.
• In live betting, 176bet may temporarily suspend markets during key moments (goals, red cards, penalties). Bets confirmed before the suspension remain valid.
• Obvious pricing errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) may result in the affected bets being voided and stakes refunded.

The 176bet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, per user, or per specific market, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

• Use of VPNs or other technologies to mask geographic location.

• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.

In cases of confirmed fraud, 176bet may retain the account balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required under Brazilian law.

The maximum liability of the 176bet to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in that user's account at the time the claim arose.

Users may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting 176bet. Prior to closure, any open bets will be settled as normal and the available balance will be returned via Pix within 5 business days.

The 176bet may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following circumstances, without any obligation to provide prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Confirmed fraudulent behavior or well-founded suspicion of money laundering.
• Accounts inactive for more than 24 months with no transactions of any kind.

In cases of closure due to a breach of these Terms, 176bet may retain balances derived from bonuses or suspicious activity while an investigation is ongoing. Real-money balances not linked to any irregular activity will be returned once the review is complete.

The 176bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory, operational, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address and/or a notification in the account dashboard at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes implied acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure before the effective date without penalty.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute relating to the use of the 176bet shall be resolved preferably through mediation or, if necessary, submitted to the jurisdiction of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
